The recipe’s use of just a quarter‑cup of oats with a litre of water makes it sound really simple to brew at home. It’s interesting that they suggest adding two tablespoons of Zerocal as a sweetener.

The addition of half a teaspoon of cinnamon to the oat‑water mix is a nice touch for extra flavor. It seems like a straightforward way to spice up homemade oat milk.

The recipe calls for a whole litre of water, which seems generous for just a quarter‑cup of oats. It’s interesting how the proportions aim for a thin, milky consistency.
