About Us

The Unterhofer & Partner KG (limited partnership) is a family-running company with its headquarters at Bozen/Bolzano (Italy), which since 2008 has worked in the import and export trade of food. In this period, in strict cooperation with our partners, the sweetening substance „ZeroCal Stevia“ was developed. Under our label Dalia Gourmet we are producing high-quality products, in which we are using ZeroCal instead of sugar.
