Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply if no one is present at the destination address provided at the checkout when our carrier arrives with your package. You must specify a nearby contact who can receive your package in your absence. It can be one of your neighbors.

If the package is returned to us due to issues attributed to the recipient's side such as providing an incorrect/inexistent address, failing to acknowledge the recipient in the address or refusing to receive it, all shipping costs (shipping to the address and return back) will be deducted from the total amount.

Shipping outside Europe
