Homemade Oat Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oat
  • 1 lt. water
  • 2 tbsp. ZeroCal
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • water for soaking

Instructions:

1. Soak the oats in water overnight. 
2. Drain the oats and discard the soaking water.
3. Blend the soaked oats and the water.
4. Strain the milk. You can use a strainer or a nut milk bag.
5. Blend the strained milk with the pinch of salt, ground cinnamon, ZeroCal and vanilla extract.
6. Store in the fridge up to 2-3 days.
