Ingredients
170 g all-purpose flour or defatted almonds flour (gluten-free)
100 g cottage cheese
50 g butter
5 eggs
1 tsp ground vanilla
½ tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 apple
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Heat oven to 170°C.
Peel the apple and dice it.
Melt the butter..
Mix the cottage cheese, the ZeroCal and the butter.
Add the eggs. One at a time.
Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
Fold in the diced apple.
Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for 35-40 min. at 170°C.

Ciao a tutti; personalmente mescolo il burro con la stevia susskraft, aggiungo le uova e uno yogurt magro al posto del formaggio fresco; mescolo a parte: vanillina cannella sale e la farina (integrale macinata a pietra). Unisco i due composti e verso nella teglia, sopra ci taglio 2 mele a cubetti, qualche ricciolo di burro e inforno.
