Apple Cake

IngredientsApple-cake

  • 170 g all-purpose flour or defatted almonds flour (gluten-free)

  • 100 g cottage cheese

  • 100 g ZeroCal Stevia or Natural Sweetness

  • 50 g butter

  • 5 eggs

  • 1 tsp ground vanilla

  • ½ tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 apple

  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 170°C.

  • Peel the apple and dice it.

  • Melt the butter..

  • Mix the cottage cheese, the ZeroCal and the butter.

  • Add the eggs. One at a time.

  • Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.

  • Fold in the diced apple.

  • Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for 35-40 min. at 170°C.

Ciao a tutti; personalmente mescolo il burro con la stevia susskraft, aggiungo le uova e uno yogurt magro al posto del formaggio fresco; mescolo a parte: vanillina cannella sale e la farina (integrale macinata a pietra). Unisco i due composti e verso nella teglia, sopra ci taglio 2 mele a cubetti, qualche ricciolo di burro e inforno.
